Atendimento telefónico ao cliente Gestão dos pedidos de abertura de tickets de técnicos/especialista de aplicação e pedidos via Teamplay Fleet Gestão das plataformas de comunicação digital do Customer Care Centre (mailbox, Teams, Teamplay Fleet, Yammer, SMS) Suporte à gestão dos agendamentos com clientes Permitir uma maior disponibilidade te todos para uma melhor comunicação com os CSE (customer services engineers) e CAS (Customer application services) Requerimentos.
Sem preferência no background Proatividade na procura de soluções junto com os colegas de equipa Dinamismo e vontade de aprender Inglês fluente (fundamental) Empatia e boa capacidade de comunicação Skills de informática na ótica do utilizador
