Responsibilities.
Provide phone support to customers during their car rental; Resolving customer complaints and challenges redirecting the situation to the head of the department or to other departments when necessary; Contacting customers by phone or email regarding their feedback about the companys services; Improving relations with customers and their loyalty through interaction on social media channels (Facebook Instagram); Review Hunter searching and responding to comments or reviews posted online.
Requirements.
No experience is required though 6 months of experience in a similar role would be an advantage; Portuguese and English at advanced level (written and spoken); You should like talking to people (by phone and email) it should comeeasy to you talking and interactingto your new colleagues; You enjoy interacting with customers even the difficult ones; You are selfmotivated you get over a failure quickly you just learn the lesson; You have a high sense of responsibility.
