The goal of this project is to automate customer booking and enhance workflow.
As for the CRM system, I am open to any that will fit my specific needs and requirements, however, Salesforce, Hubspot, or Zoho experience is preferable.
Key Functionalities.
* Contact Management.
Ability to systemically manage and track all customer interactions within the platform is a must.
Ideal Skills.
* CRM Systems Experience (Salesforce, Hubspot or Zoho preferred) * Workflow Automation * Contact Management Expertise * Excellent Understanding of Third Party Integrations * Systems Configuration & Setup Experience Please include examples of past CRM integration and automation work when you bid.
