During a typical day, you will accomplish the following tasks.
- Analyze each request received from existing customers for modification or addition of service contract within established deadlines.
- Follow the procedure according to requests (e.
.
addition of company, change of owner, change of company name, accounting agreements, etc.).
- Collect the necessary information from customers.
- Creation of contracts in our internal system.
- Make modifications to the different systems according to requests.
- Make sure to document each request in our CRM.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
- Diploma of college studies (DEC) in administration or any other combination of studies and relevant or equivalent experience - A minimum of four years of experience in the payroll field - Experience in customer service - Experience in needs analysis - ACP certification (an asset) - Concern for customer service - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Spirit of analysis, synthesis and planning - Good management of priorities and time - Good knowledge of our internal systems and applications (Opera, SAO, CRM, after-sales service, etc.) - Teamwork skills and communication skills - Ability to work with Microsoft MD Office tools - Ability to express yourself both in French and English fluently (written and spoken).
Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
