Customer service on a helpline for customers inside/outside Spain - INBOUND and OUTBOUND - in the field of car assistance processes and other requests related to the assistance services provided in the context of insurance.
Requirements.
- Spanish - Fluent or Native; - Fluency in English and/or French; - Good communication and argumentation skills; - Good conflict management skills; - Appropriate vocabulary, good diction, verbal fluency and tone of voice; - Minimum of 11th grade of schooling; - Availability to work in shifts with rotating breaks, night shifts, holidays and weekends.
Conditions.
- Place of work.
Lisbon; - Training period.
4 weeks, starting in May.
The training will last 7 hours a day, from 9 am to 5 pm – with fixed breaks on Saturdays and Sundays; - Permanent contract; - Work Period.
