This system should be designed keeping in mind the following requirements.
- Ticket Creation and Management.
The system should allow for the easy creation and management of tickets.
- User Authentication and Access Control.
It should include user authentication to ensure data security and access control to restrict certain functionalities based on user roles.
- Reporting and Analytics.
The system should be able to generate various reports and provide analytics for tracking and performance evaluation.
This system will be used by a single user, hence the emphasis on simplicity and usability in the user interface.
I would like the interface to be both modern and visually appealing, while also being customizable and flexible to cater to the user's unique preferences.
Ideal skills and experience for this job would include.
- Proficiency in MS Access development - Strong understanding of user interface design principles - Experience in creating systems with user authentication and access control - Previous work in developing reporting and analytics features Please only bid if you have the necessary skills and experience.
