The focus is on reducing crime rate to make an impact on passenger security.
The ideal expertise and skills include but are not limited to.
• Proven experience in the implementation of security measures targeted at crime reduction • Background in installing and servicing multiple security systems like Metal detectors, Body scanners, Gun detectors, and Facial recognition technology.
• Knowledge in proposing and implementing security systems for public transportation notably subways.
• Extensive understanding of the subway security landscape and needs.
• Experience in physical & highly advanced Artificial Intelligence security systems Given the expansive scope of this project, expertise in project management, particularly in a similar setting, would be advantageous.
The project would encompass drafting a strategic security plan, setting up the required security systems across all mentioned subway stations and ensuring their optimal function.
Bidders must have a solid background in security enhancements and must be able to demonstrate previous experience in large scale projects.
The ultimate goal is to effectively reduce crime incidence in the subways and subsequently increase passenger safety.
