The system’s must-have features include.
- Applicant tracking.
An effective method to monitor all candidates progress through the hiring process in real time.
- Interview scheduling.
A streamlined system built into the tracking software to schedule interviews.
- Agreement sending and signing.
Digital documents delivery and acceptance process, securing the offers and contracts between the company and the potential employees.
- Offer letter sending.
Option to send official job offer letters directly from the system.
The system should handle the tracking of job applications through manual entry by the user and integration with job boards, making it simple to add new job openings and keep track of many applications simultaneously.
Further, it would be invaluable for the system to integrate with the HR management systems currently in place, ensuring a seamless flow of data across platforms.
The ideal freelancer for this project would.
- be proficient in mern stack and MongoDB and AWS S3 bucket - have experience in software development, specifically in creating application tracking systems - have a strong understanding of human resources processes Proficiency in API integrations is also highly sought after for this project.
