About the role As a Communications Intern at Celfocus you will have the opportunity to gain handson experience in various aspects of internal and external communications within a dynamic and fastpaced environment in a leading IT solutions provider.
You will collaborate closely with our communications team to support the development and execution of communication strategies that align with our company objectives and values.
You will experience mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals in communication marketing multimedia and design fields that can help you develop and enrich your professional path.
As a part of your job you will.
Content Development.
Assist in creating engaging content for internal and external communication channels including newsletters social media posts and website updates.
Collaborate with team members to ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and messaging strategies.
Corporate Events Support.
Assist in organizing and coordinating internal events including logistics planning vendor coordination and onsite support.
Be part of the development of event collateral such as invitations reminders and any other promotional materials.
Digital Communication.
Support in managing social media platforms by researching and curating relevant content monitoring engagement metrics and contributing to content calendars.
Assist in the development and execution of digital campaigns aimed at enhancing brand visibility engagement and marketing needs.
Planning Research Analysis and Reporting.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify communication trends competitor strategies and audience preferences.
Assist in collecting and analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Assist in all reporting management.
What are we looking for Currently enrolled in a degree program in Communications or related field.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in English namely written.
Ability to multitask and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.
Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
