**Responsibilities:**
- Assisting Customers and Clients (B2B and B2C)
- Check, update and manage orders, deliveries, shipment and inventory, being in constant contact with the Logistics and Production Departments based in Singapore
- Responsible for the Digital Marketing strategy of the company
- Constantly updating the company's website and social media channels
- Improve advertisement strategy and overall online presence of the company
**Requirements:**
- Fluent level of French and English (C1 level)
- Previous experience in online customer support
- Education and/or previous experience in Digital Marketing
- Hands-on and autonomous individual, not afraid of challenges
- Great communication, listening and interpersonal skills
