GAC and device enrollment proficiency.
Navigate the intricacies of Google Admin Console (GAC) and streamline the device enrollment process for business-owned devices.
Advanced troubleshooting skills.
Tackle complex issues with finesse and efficiency, ensuring minimal downtime.
Collaborative spirit.
Work closely with L1 and L2 support teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success.
Vendor and development team collaboration.
Partner with external stakeholders to implement seamless solutions and drive innovation.
Continuous process improvement.
Innovate and optimize workflows through proactive automation suggestions, enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Mean Time To Resolution (MTTR) accountability.
Lead the team in achieving swift incident resolutions, maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Queue management proficiency.
Effectively prioritize and manage tasks, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
End-to-end ownership.
Engage with customers to understand their evolving requirements, taking full ownership until solutions are implemented and transitioned to production.
