expert communities, technical, business and methodological training courses, certification of operational resources; • Propose and implement new initiatives in line with the company's ambitions; • Consolidate company's technical orientations in liaison with the Architects and/or Design Authorities and customer entities, and propose areas of synergy, development, etc.; • Monitor the progress of projects to enhance the skills of operational staff, in liaison with the company's Offer Development and Integration department; • Support in the construction of dashboards and operational reporting, including KPIs, and provide support in setting up KPIs or auditing code, security and performance; • Proven experience in Java, Spring, Angula, Kafka, iOS, Android, Spark; • Fluency in French (mandatory) and English (mandatory); • Must be currently in Portugal.
