BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION LEAD

This role will need a commitment to work a minimum of three days per week on site with our Client in either London or Bristol.
All applicants must hold or be prepared to undergo National Security Vetting (NSV) Security Check (SC) level as a minimum.
Additional clearance such as NPPV3 may also be required.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
You’ll be leading the business transformation on a major new programme of work for our Central Government business unit.
The programme is a cross-government programme to deliver the new critical communications system replacing the current system for over users.
You’ll be collaborating and working in close collaboration with the client to ensure integration of suppliers and capabilities, as well as the rollout of new technology to deliver the new service.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
You will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience; • Understanding the deliverables and the intention of relevant projects, assisting Stakeholders to ensure the strategic alignment of delivery to user outcomes • Telecoms and Emergency services sector experience • Proven ability to influence and lead teams through change • Able to influence, formulate and maintain the plans and documentation related to capability deployment and roll out • Have familiarity with UK HMG transformation and change strategy • Stakeholder identification and facilitation at all levels, particularly within programme (delivery) and the consuming teams • Proven ability to schedule large scale change/transformation, including the identification and resolution of key risks • Experience of leading a major enterprise/multi-enterprise transformation project • Hold an industry recognised qualification in disciplines of Change or Project Management • Have a sound understanding of project delivery methodology, specifically Agile, with a strong focus on delivery to time, cost and quality • Have familiarity with common project tooling including MS Project, Excel, Kanban, Jira, Confluence etc.
