Main Tasks You will be responsible for the provision of technical and administrative services to the client, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Provide technical support to account executives; Treatment of documentation (insurers and clients); Preparation and updating of statistical maps; Develop technical knowledge; Point of contact between client area, our clients and insurers.
The Requirements Graduates in management/economics/ or other.
Analytical skills and customer orientation.
Insurance experience and/or brokerage insurance firms experience.
Good knowledge of English.
Goog knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
