Role Overview.
Neotalent is looking for a Business Support (IT Service Management) with experience to join one of the largest insurance groups in the world, present in 64 countries – offices in Lisbon (hybrid).
What you will do.
Working within a team of transversal specialists based in multiple countries.
Supporting the team of ITIL Global Process Owners with carrying biannual surveys, maintaining governance models, managing changes, managing communications and governance.
Creating comprehensive and compelling presentations and documentation and expertise with communicating to large multinational audiences.
What you are like.
At least 2 years of experience in similar roles (Business & Data Analysis); Experience in IT Service Management is valued; Using of tools such as Power BI or similar; Know-how of ServiceNow or other; Understanding of survey methodology and analysis; Expertise on Database and spreadsheet.
Analyzing and presenting data to a wide audience; Organizing and running workshops with internal and external clients; Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
