We are recruiting a Business Developer Trainee, to join our team.
This is a 9 months paid internship through ATIVAR program (IEFP professional internship) in an ever-growing business market, with the possibility to celebrate a long-term contract after the internship.
What you will do.
Identify potential clients and create new business leads; Support the Business Team in the development of strategies that tend to the growth of the company; Support the designing and implementation of business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals; Working closely with the HR team to ensure that the company has adequate and suitable resources available for its needs; Participate in team meetings and provide insights regarding the market and business sector; Maintain a good relationship with clients and partners.
Who we are looking for.
College degree in Management/Business and International Relations or similar; Understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development; Experience working with CRM software and MS Office; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Organization and pro-activity skills; Good level of English, spoken and written; Willingness to learn and grow, as a member of the Business team; Previous experience with similar roles, through academic internships, will be a plus.
