Tasks Au quotidien.
Vous fournirez une assistance par tlphone/courrier lectronique/chat pour les questions simples et complexes des clients qui ont un impact sur les performances de lentreprise.
Vous guidez les clients dans la boutique en ligne.
Vous veillerez ce que les donnes reues du client soient gres avec prcision et en temps voulu.
Vous transfrez les demandes au service correspondant dans le cadre de vos fonctions.
Requirements Vous tes la personne que nous recherchons si.
Vous avez au moins 1 an dexprience dans le service la clientle ou le backoffice.
Vous parlez couramment le franais Vous matrisez les applications informatiques pertinentes telles que MS Office.
Vous avez une bonne connaissance dExcel Vous avez de lexprience dans SAP (module SD de prfrence) Vous avez de solides comptences en matire de communication crite et orale.
Vous tes proactif(ve) dtermin(e) et dot(e) de solides comptences interpersonnelles.
