Assist customers via phone, email, and chat on all their queries related to their orders, subscriptions, and invoices.
Deliver a high quality of service to ensure a superior customer experience.
Follow up customer queries until they are fully resolved and meet commitments within agreed deadlines.
Interact with the various departments to ensure smooth processing of the customer request.

You are a native French speaker and have a min.
B2 level in English You are looking for a job opportunity abroad You are motivated and committed to your work Previous experience in Customer Service is mandatory Whatâs in it for you? 6 months contract Working hours.
Monday to Friday (7am-4pm or 8am to 5pm) A package in line with the market.
895⬠gross / month x 14 months + up to 100⬠/ month performance bonus + meal vouchers of 7.
⬠/ workday + reimbursement of some transportation cost + Private Health Insurance and dental plan (after six months) If you live outside Portugal.
reimbursement (up to 400â¬) of initial flight ticket after 4 months within the company + 4 months of accommodation in shared flat provided by the company (rental fee to pay) Your Future Company.
