About the role As an Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our organization.
This position offers a dynamic opportunity to work closely with executives, managers, and team members, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the company.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support across various functions, including managing calendars and coordinating meetings.
This role requires exceptional communication skills to serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
Attention to detail is paramount, as you will be responsible for drafting correspondence, maintaining records, and organizing documents.
As a part of your job, you will.
Experience with handling payment processes such as supplier opening requests, purchase orders, advance requests, and MBNETs.
Familiarity with managing online purchases.
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to provide support in organizing events, including reserving internal and external rooms, and handling catering requests.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Experience or willingness to assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes of employees, including paperwork and logistical arrangements.
Provide administrative support for special projects.
Draft and proofread emails, letters, reports, and other documents.
Facilitate communication between team members and departments.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Prepare expense reports.
Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
English proficiency.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
Personal traits.
