• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or similar; • At least 1-year experience in technical support; • Experience working on SQL; • Good knowledge of Oracle Database; • Analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication skills; • Good level of English; • French knowledge is a plus.
