Your future duties and responsibilities.
Job Description.
• 1 to 3 years of experience • Good knowledge on Application Monitoring using Dynatrace, Grafana • Able to manage incidents, escalate on time.
• Able to drive Critical calls with client.
• Must work in rotational shifts, 24X7 • Must have knowledge on Problem management.
• Must have excellent communication Skills.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
Mandatory Skills.
• Member should have hands on APM tools(Appdynamics or Dynatrace or Grafana) and must have good communication skills to handle client calls • Candidate should have experience on handling P1 and P2 bridges.
Basic knowledge on Applications preferably banking applications Behavioral Competencies.
• Proven experience of delivering process efficiencies and improvements • Clear and fluent English (both verbal and written) • Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships with remote teams • Demonstrate ability to take ownership of and accountability for relevant products and services • Ability to plan, prioritise and complete your own work, whilst remaining a team player • Willingness to engage with and work in other technologies Skills.
