Função.
- Atendimento de chamadas de clientes para esclarecimento de dúvidas/questões; - Upload/Gestão de documentação de crédito enviada por email; - Com base na documentação recebida via email por parceiros reunir toda as informações e efetuar o respetivo upload no sistema IT para apoio de decisão ao crédito.
Perfil.
- Habilitações literárias mínimas ao nível do 12º ano (Obrigatório); - Experiência profissional em atendimento ao cliente preferencialmente na área da banca; - Orientação para o cliente com foco numa experiência positiva; - Gosto por trabalhar por objetivos e em equipa; - Resiliência e orientação para resultados.
Oferta.
- Formação remunerada e contínua; - Contrato de Trabalho; - Vencimento base + Prémio mensal (individual e equipa) + SA.
Horário.
- Entre as 9H e as 23H; - Folgas rotativas; Local de trabalho.
- Presencial em Lisboa.
