About the project.
As a Customer Support Advisor your mission will be to assist our customers with the management of rental car reservations potential cancellations and billing and payment issues.
Your future project is a company that provides rentacar services in Portugal and more than 70 countries and territories.
What you will be doing.
Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally Support customers with booking management cancellations and billing issues.
Attracting potential customers by answering questions about rentacar reservations and their different modalities suggesting and adding information about these services to meet the customer needs Requirements.
Communicative German (must be B2) Communicative level of English language (B2) What we offer.
