Descrição Apoio jurídico transversal às diversas áreas de negócio da empresa, em matérias relacionadas com Direito Comercial e Mercantil, TMT, Comércio Electrónico, Proteção de Dados e Propriedade Intelectual; Redação e supervisão de contratos comerciais e respectivo aconselhamento jurídico; Redação e supervisão de contratos de marketing, campanhas e promoções; Gestão do procedimento de tratamento de reclamações de consumo; Coordenação e execução de projectos internos.
Perfil ideal Licenciatura em Direito em Universidade Portuguesa; Inscrição na Ordem dos Advogados ativa; Experiência profissional entre 6 a 10 anos em funções similares (pós-agregação à O.
.); Interesse constante em manter-se actualizado face às recorrentes alterações legislativas; Capacidade de execução e conclusão de trabalhos com autonomia; Fluência em Inglês (fator de exclusão); Fluência em castelhano (fator preferencial); Boa capacidade de comunicação escrita e verbal; Orientação para o cliente e para os resultados; Boa capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal.
