What you'll be doing at Webhelp As a French-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will.
* Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally.
* Attract potential customers by answering questions suggesting, and adding information about all services to meet the customer needs.
* Gather information from new customers and insert it into the platform.
* Process and respond to contact requests promptly.
* Contribute to creating a commitment to our client's brand.

* Have a high level of French (written and oral) * Have excellent communication and active listening skills * Have the ability to identify customers' needs and propose fast solutions * Are proactive, self-motivated and a great team player If you feel you don't check off every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply either way.
