Vos missions principales seront les suivantes.
Vous serez un véritable soutien pour léquipe commerciale, ainsi quun(e) collaborateur(rice) essentiel(le) de notre groupe.
Notre portefeuille clients se compose de grandes enseignes de distribution GSA, GSS et sites marchands.
Travail de proximité avec les commerciaux et les entrepôts, Gestion du bon déroulement des commandes de la réception à la livraison des marchandises, Relation étroite avec les clients pour la gestion des RDV de livraison, modifications de commande, gestion des reliquats, déclaration des chiffres d'affaires, Actualisation des données dans la base de données SAP, Gestion des litiges et des anomalies, Optimisation de la logistique, contrôler les flux de marchandises en anticipant leurs entrées et allocations en respectant les délais imposés.
Identifier les besoins en approvisionnement de l'entreprise.
Contrôler les documents relatifs aux ventes et opérations logistiques.
Intégrer les éléments aux systèmes dinformation adéquats.
S'assurer que les produits soient livrés en temps et en heure chez les clients.
Anticiper tout risque de rupture ou de surplus de stock et, le cas échéant, alerter les services internes et trouver la solution la plus adaptée.
Planifier et organiser lacheminement des marchandises dans une optique doptimisation des coûts de gestion des stocks et de transport de marchandises, et de satisfaction des clients.
Entretenir une relation privilégiée avec les partenaires et les équipes internes à lentreprise.
son poste implique des interactions fréquentes avec les partenaires (transporteurs, fournisseurs) mais aussi avec les différents services internes de l'entreprise (commercial, achats, contrôle de gestion).
Il doit veiller à la satisfaction de chacun, via le recueil des besoins et la transmission dinformations.

Prérequis.
Français natif ou bilingue, oral et écrit, Vous avez une expérience confirmée sur un poste similaire, avec des connaissances du logiciel ERP SAP ou similaire, Vous savez vous adapter à des interlocuteurs multiples, La maîtrise d'une deuxième langue serait un plus.
