Director New Products Division – Led the acquisition of Millennium Gestão de Ativos (€1,3B of AuM) for Grupo CIMD in a competitive open process. Responsible for the elaboration of the business plan for shareholders, valuation of the target, SPA negotiation and all other parts of the deal until the Completion stage in May 2015.

Managing Director/Head of Iberia – Madrid and Lisbon Branches. Start up and business development of IG Markets (online brokerage leader in Derivatives and Fx) in Iberia both Madrid and Lisbon offices where achieved market shares of more than 50% and having hired directly 15 of the 23 elements of both offices. Coordination of Iberia Sales Desk, Institutional Business and Marketing Budget Ownership (roughly €1,5M annually) - allocated mostly to digital client acquisition and performance marketing; Management of multi-national and multi-location teams (Madrid, London and Lisbon); Business development in Brazil; High level relationship with financial regulators in Spain, Portugal, Brazil and UK.

Chief Investment Officer. Responsibility over all investment departments and Committees. Head of Asset Allocation and Target Return Funds where IMGA is market leader in assets and risk adjusted performance. Development and implementation of target return family of funds and respective risk modelling matrix. Development of life-cycle retirement products and of ESG framework into investment process.
Main achievements: i. Review of all investment process, from asset allocation and guidelines to third party fund selection. ii. Able to rise the percentage of AuM above Benchmarks or Peers in 1/3/5Y to 75% vs only 35% in 2018; iii. Restructure of investment team having hired 8 of the 11 elements; iv. AuM rose 88% in just three years.

Up to March 2018 – Executive Board Member - Chief Marketing and Product Officer. Successfully set up of Commercial platform with distribution partners (Millennium bcp, Crédito Agrícola and EuroBic). Top level management relationship with distributors banks. Budget negotiation, definition of marketing campaigns and commercial targets with distributors. 
Main achievements: i. Able to grow multi-asset business at double digit rate. ii.  Actively participated in the acquisition of CA Gest business (€485M of AuM) from Crédito Agrícola. iii. Best Portuguese Global Investment House in 2016 and 2017 by Morningstar.
