- Management of all the activity and project for international expansion of the Group in Portugal; 
- Representation of the Group in all instances and public or private entities; 
- Human Resources Management, responsible for the process of recruiting and monitoring employee activity;
- Responsible for the exploration of market opportunities, new clients, expansion and development of the business; 
- Weekly meetings with International Direction and report of all the activity developed in Portugal, results of prospection and potential growth; demonstration of the evolution of the activity in Portugal; 
- Contact with the heads of the companies we represent; 
- Commercialization of the Group's activity, with prospect of new working partnerships and contact with directors and administrators of the target companies or potential clients; 
- Customer Service: Monthly reports on the satisfaction of our partners and customers. GESTIMED collaborators activity feedback. Presentation of plan to improve customer satisfaction
