Quality head

Lead the Quality Control Chemical and Microbiological team  assuring compliance with applicable Regulations and simultaneously establishing methodologies that meet the current scientific knowledge and are in line with the guidelines and objectives set by the company.

Key responsibilities
-	Develop and motivate people (mentoring and conflict management);
-	Ensure the quality of raw materials, packaging materials and finished products; 
-	Responsible for the environmental monitoring plan; 
-	Responsible for pursuing a stability plan and coordinate analytical method validation and transfer in line with the company’s objectives;
-	Support to different business areas/project management;
-	Interface audits and inspections;
-	Monitor the laboratory performance, design,implement, monitor and correcif needed  trends; 
-	Good knowledge of different analytical software’s and other applicable IT solutions (Empower, Tiamo, LIMS, ERP Sage X3, Trackwise, Edms, LMS).

Key achievement/projects
-	Establish a mid-term plan to leverage the technical level of the laboratory: team, facilities and equipment;
-	Coordinate the construction and set up of a new laboratory;
-      Participate as team member in a major project - construction of a new manufacturing unit.

Participate as Quality Specialist in different roles related with the National Authority’s mission both in its national and international areas of expertise

Key responsibilities
-	Represent the National Authority in European working groups, namely EDQMs "Official Cosmetics Control Laboratories - Committee of Experts on Cosmetic Products (P-SC-COS)," and "Unlicensed Pharmaceutical
Preparations";
-	Analytical activities the Pharmaceutical and Chemical unit related with Drug Product, Raw material and Cosmetic analysis;
-	Experienced technician in chromatography (HPLC-DAD, HPLC-FLUO, GC), pharmaceutical techniques (Dissolution, etc) and other classical analytical techniques;
-	Experienced in international environments.
