Quality engineer

@VW Autoeuropa - Coordinate the approval of car parts and assemblies at VW Autoeuropa plant ensuring a seamless implementation process.
Analyze part quality status, failures and assist in the implementation of solutions.
Monitor part quality regarding dimensions, materials and integration in the plant's production process.
Responsible to Audit and approve supplier production processes regarding capability and capacity.
Assist in the launch of new projects as well as the implementation of engineering changes at supplier plants and VW Plants in coordination with Engineering, Logistics and Procurement.

@VW Autoeuropa - Responsible for the feasibilty study / tryout of the components for the underbody during
the pre-production phase.
Monitor and analyze the assembly process of new parts and functional builds of
underbody components durin pre-series and ongoing projects.
Discuss with Quality and Development the required / necessary changes to the product
such as dimensional, material or others.
