-	Streamline the supplier quality processes for the EMEA regions.
-	Harmonizing the risk classifications and quality agreements.
-	Managing the quality agreements with Distributors.
-	Maintaining the Approved Supplier list of the EMEA region.	
-	Internal and external auditing of Suppliers and distributors.
-	Maintaining the Distributor Quality agreements.
-	Managing outsourced processes service activities.
-	Managing the SCAR process for EMEA.
-	Provides periodic analysis and reporting of key performance indicators.

­	Conduct Quality, Technical and EHS system assessments, in support of new sourcing, to determine if a supplier’s quality systems, technical competency and environmental policies meet IR’s expectations. 
­	Lead initial Supplier orientation, provides on-boarding training as required. 
­	Active participant of Sourcing Council and Commodity teams – providing the quality detail required to support source selection and rationalization. 
­	Provide Supplier with technical oversight and expertise in areas such as Process Development, PFMEA, Masurement Systems, Control Plans and Error Proofing. 
­	Lead AQP reviews with Suppliers which include Design Specification, Pass Thru identification, Safe Launch Control, Launch Readiness and Run @ Rate. 
­	Drive on-time PPAP and Flawless Launch for responsible components. 
­	Drive process and systemic quality improvements, at assigned supplier sites, through the use of quality tools (SIPP, SPC, Lean, Six Sigma) and validates improvements through defined measurables to reduce quality non-conformances. 
­	Continually monitor assigned suppliers non-conformances status and works with suppliers and plant SQE to minimize quality impact to our Operations and end Customer. 
­	Act as a quality subject matter expert, working in conjunction with Plant SQE and Suppliers in 8D problem solving - leading cross-functional teams on major issues resolution at Supplier locations. 
­	Perform advanced analysis (Commodity, Quality Systems, DPPM) to determine trends along with proposed actions to drive performance improvement. 
­	Prepare, distribute and communicate periodic Supplier performance status and risk assessments to regional leadership as required. 
­	Work to actively deploy IR’s defined Supplier Development Procedures, Processes and work instructions within the region.

­	Organize and manage Incoming materials inspection area / team.
­	Assessment of potential and/or current suppliers operations and process capabilities including production capacity, tooling and cost management, and core quality system requirements; as well as highlight supplier risk issues and propose &/or implement risk mitigation solutions, using expertise to drive change and methodology improvements.
­	Problem solving: alert suppliers regarding non-conformities, follow-up, evaluate and validate their action plans. 
­	Customers quality: solve all quality issues came from customers regarding to suppliers responsibilities.
­	Internal process improvement, in order to reduce parts quality control / inspection lead time and communication to suppliers.

­	Warranty: reduce market complaints by analyzing and improving warranty performance of suppliers
­	Problem solving: root cause evaluation through quality data analysis and set-up of corrective actions
­	Supplier improvement: Set-up and co-ordinate supplier improvement quality performance programs to achieve break-through in quality performance
­	Pre-production stage: Supplier quality product inspection and manufacturing approval process
­	Perform quality audits of products and processes at suppliers

­	Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to remain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling.
­	Manage and solve conflicts with clients (car makers) .
­	Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account .
­	Establish budgets with the client and company .
­	Meet time deadlines for accounts.

­	Development and approval for new purchased parts through ANPQP (Alliance New Products Quality Procedure).
­	ANPQP Key Deliverables (Design, FMEA, Control Plan, Process Audits, Product Validation) assurance.
­	Suppliers quality problems follow-up and countermeasures during project phases and after SOP.
­	Suppliers Quality Management System development, through ASES (Alliance Supplier Evaluation Standard) Evaluations.
­	Quality crisis tools (Fire Wall and Step-up) application at high quality risks suppliers.
­	Sustainable Development Audits at suppliers sites.
­	Brazil Window Person for ASES, Fire Wall, Step-up and Sustainable Development.
­	Member of GQMM (Groupe Qualité Multi Metier) for solving final customer problems and reduce the Top warranty costs.

­	New purchased parts process audits, supporting Project Quality Engineer.
­	8D (Problem Report Action) management for purchased parts.
­	Suppliers Quality indicators consolidation and deployment to the plant level and SQA Manager.
­	Suppliers Quality improvement plans together with the buyers.
­	Formalize to the suppliers their certifications status, together with the buyers.
­	Initial samples approval.
­	Top 10 worst suppliers improvement process.
­	Project Lessons Learnt consolidation.

­	Suppliers development for metal, mechanical and electric parts for vacuum cleaners, polishers and high pressures washers.
­	New suppliers development through process audits, samples tests and product engineering validation.
­	Suppliers performance surveillance through quality, costs and delivery indicators.

Project Phase Activities:
­	Suppliers development process pilot according to Product and Process Quality Assurance (AQPP) procedure.
­	Production and control toolings validation at suppliers plants.
