Supply Manager with experience in Direct and Indirect Purchasing, covering several categories: IT (SPOT, Consultancy and services, Hardware and Software, Telecom), Facilities, Utilities (Raw Materials, Productive,
Unproductive and other items of consumption in operations) and Administrative (Consultancy, Insurance, Benefits, Travel and Expenses).
Focused on strategic negotiations, in search of cost reduction and constant improvement of processes in the medium / long term, to guarantee medium / long term gains. 
Extensive knowledge in procurement processes, contract management, application of methodologies such as: PDCA, Cost Saving (TCO, Cost Breakdown, Shouldcost, etc.), SWOT analysis and 5 Porter forces.
Methodology of prioritization of performance in the categories and projects of Supplies through Spend Analysis, Pareto (80/20) and Kraljic matrix.
Individualized management of employees, to develop improvements and increase learning and results.
Excellent relationship with the Stakeholders, with an anticipated understanding of the needs and aligned with the priority projects in Supplies, according to complexity, team FTE (full-time employee) and deployment timing, aiming to serve the area and maximize Saving's.
 Procurement Governance, through established controls Plan in accordance with the policies and strategies align with the Business and Compliance organization.

Active participation in projects in commercial and industrial areas (Systemic and Attitudinal operation). Survey of processes, procedures and Current Management.
Monitoring and creation of studies focusing on improvements and increased productivity. Creation and implementation of training focusing on improving service, improving customer satisfaction. Speaker of motivational and technical, theoretical and practical operations and attitudes of commercial evolution of professional workshops and division.
Leader of Sourcing, covering strategic negotiations for the main purchasing categories such as: IT&Telecom; Professional Services, Logistics, Benefits and Insurance. Implementation of the Strategic Sourcing methodology in conjunction with McKinsey.

Leader of Sourcing, creating strategic and negotiations for the main purchasing categories such as: IT&Telecom; Professional Services, Chemicals and Marketing.
Implementation the New Sourcing methodology.
Responsible for implementing the Sourcing module to customers. Implementation of projects through KPIs; Negotiate with external and internal clients of the company to perform the tasks within the time limits  tipulated in the schedules of projects.
