Management control manager

Responsible for the financial governance, administrative oversight and public representation of the IT Center of Excellence(CoE) in Lisbon
Key tasks:
	- Financial management of the business unit (PT Cost Center) 
	- Cost Control, analysis of deviations, budget comparison of the business unit (PT Cost Center)
- Governance (monitoring, controlling, audit) of IT CoE Lisbon in administrative and financial issues;
- Ensure QHSE compliance with local legislation and internal policies at the IT CoE;
- Mantain official communication with office landlord and office providers;
- Represent the IT CoE Lisbon towards external entities and within the company when applicable;
- Closely align and consult with HR function in all and any decisions, plans or actions concerning the staff at the IT CoE Lisbon.

Responsibility for the Department of Management Control of the Company namely the areas of Payroll, Accounting&Reporting and Governance & Audit.
Responsibility for the preparation and presentation of company results maps, verification of compliance with the business plan, deviations analysis and improvement plans.
Responsibility for the control and reporting of the Credit Control area

Responsibility of the entire area of Planning and Management Control of the Company
 Responsibility for the preparation of business reports, verification of compliance with the business plan, analysis of deviations, preparation of investment plans and management budgets, interconnection between the units and shared services of the group.
