It support & network technician

Responsibilities:
● Providing L2 and L3 network support.
● Plans and implement IP networks environment and infrastructure.
● Install and configure and troubleshooting Catalyst switches such as 3750 and 3750x …etc.
● Reporting all performance indicators.
● Track-related problems: IP Routing, Frame Relay, Multi-Layer Switching, EIGRP, TCP/IP, RIP, CDP, BGP, HSRP,
VPN, ACL, VRF, GRE IP, NAT, OSPF, VLANs, DHCP, and SNMP
● SW/HW upgrades for network elements and computers.
● Perform preventive maintenance procedures/Activities.
● Handling clients raised tickets using the ticket support system.
● Follow-up tickets to ensure proper resolution and client satisfaction.
● Reporting all work and activities to management.
