Defines tools & process specificities & targets (FCP document)
Ensure product feasibility by existing state of the art and standards in tools & process
Ensure simplification of product to reach reliable tool & process
Ensure respect of FIS tool standard (FCP document)
Participation to the RFQ and tool maker selection process
Commit to necessary steps to kick off tool (SNC, Kick Off, Pre Study, Study)
Track progress and convergence of all necessary entry data to keep Quality, Cost, Delivery in line with
initial plan (FCP document)
Ensure that trials are performed within the closest conditions of those of the production plant
(availability of raw material, packaging& checking fixtures)
Raise (Check Lists & PDCA) & implement all actions defined after each trial to reach Quality, Cost,
Delivery in line with initial plan(FCP document)
Liaise between program & toolmaker to ensure tuning & implementation of product modification
Ensure all checks before tool transfers from toolmaker to plant (FCP document) including scrap level
and cycle time.
Ensure all checks & R@R at plant (FCP document)
Ensure transfer of proper documentation to the plant together with the tool
Update and finalize the tool follow up documentation to prepare Lessons learned process (FCP
document)
Monitors plant performance with the daily KPIs reported by the plant
Raise program LL, potential KM or standard update or creation proposal

- Participation on the ISO 9001/2000 norm implementation, applied to research & development,
responsible for technical instructions, PPM’s (Mold Production Planning) and PAQ’s (Advanced
Quality Planning).
- Establishment of preventive maintenance plans for the existing machines.
- Project management and production supervision for several plastic and metallic parts, regarding
the CANTER TB project, for MITSUBISHI FUSO TRUCKS Europe.
- Project management for several plastic parts, for clients like SALVADOR CAETANO (Toyota
Dyna model) and SUNVIAUTO.
- Project management for side mirrors projects, mainly for after-market, for client ALKAR.
- Responsible for the simulation and study on the implementation of LED’s on rear lamps, for
several clients of our main shareholder ASPöCK SYSTEMS, supplying brands like MERCEDES,
KTM, FIAT and SCHMITZ TRAILER, among others.
- Project management of lighting parts for MERCEDES, KTM, FIAT and SCHMITZ TRAILER,
among other customers.
- Project management of lighting parts for new AUDI models.
- Cost analysis and quotations, including the negotiation with the suppliers and final customer, for
the above mentioned projects.

- Completed my internship for the Polymer Engineering degree, with focus on several materials
characteristics, applied for the rear lamp production. Simulation based on SPEOS software
(optical material properties simulation tool from OPTIS).
- Parallel to the internship, I developed some work on times & methods, gathering information that
was applied to the customization of an Integrated Management Tool (IOS – Mirakon software)
