Ensure all checks before tool transfers from toolmaker to plant (FCP document) including scrap level
and cycle time.

Ensure transfer of proper documentation to the plant together with the tool
Update and finalize the tool follow up documentation to prepare Lessons learned process (FCP
document)
Monitors plant performance with the daily KPIs reported by the plant
Raise program LL, potential KM or standard update or creation proposal

- Participation on the ISO 9001/2000 norm implementation, applied to research & development,
responsible for technical instructions, PPM’s (Mold Production Planning) and PAQ’s (Advanced
Quality Planning).
- Establishment of preventive maintenance plans for the existing machines.
- Project management and production supervision for several plastic and metallic parts, regarding
the CANTER TB project, for MITSUBISHI FUSO TRUCKS Europe.
- Project management for several plastic parts, for clients like SALVADOR CAETANO (Toyota

- Project management for side mirrors projects, mainly for after-market, for client ALKAR.
- Responsible for the simulation and study on the implementation of LED’s on rear lamps, for
several clients of our main shareholder ASPöCK SYSTEMS, supplying brands like MERCEDES,
KTM, FIAT and SCHMITZ TRAILER, among others.
- Project management of lighting parts for MERCEDES, KTM, FIAT and SCHMITZ TRAILER,
among other customers.
- Project management of lighting parts for new AUDI models.
- Cost analysis and quotations, including the negotiation with the suppliers and final customer, for
the above mentioned projects.

characteristics, applied for the rear lamp production. Simulation based on SPEOS software
(optical material properties simulation tool from OPTIS).

was applied to the customization of an Integrated Management Tool (IOS – Mirakon software)
