•	Using CAD/CAE software to create prototypes
•	Responsible for the generation of Assembly drawings and bills of materials
•	Designing & Developing new products in collaboration with other team members by following the Engineering best practices, and adhering to EC/US Regulations including RoHS
•	Keeping up to date with the latest manufacturing techniques and drawing standard through continuous development
•	Use of manual machines in workshop to prove out product designs

As a foundry technician I was required to have complete knowledge of investment casting process, also known as lost wax process with a critical mind towards eliminating casting defects. 
To be able to work with wax free-handed in order to achieve difficult geometries for specific jobs. Experiment with different variables during the casting process and keep track of results. Elaborate documentation for future reference. Be critical about the current process aiming to pinpoint problematic areas and develop solutions for a more effective process. 
I was demanded to have the following technical skills:
•	Investment Casting
•	Nickel Plating
•	Sandblasting
•	Polishing
•	Mechanical Assembly work
•	Electronics Soldering
•	Brazing
•	Perform quality checks to a high standard to ensure products meet internal quality standards
•	Turning and milling parts as required

•	Tool Project Analyst developing remote work, from Lisbon (Portugal) to sites located in China, Germany, Spain, Italy and Brazil.
•	Review stamping procedures as to its manufacturability, productivity and maintenance
•	Review Tool designs for cold tamping, progressive and tandem tools made of welded construction and/or casted as to its structural integrity assuring it follows construction procedures.
•	Accompany and make sure that the process meets the required timelines.
•	Elaborate review documents and communicate with the team the activities developed.
