Financial controller

▪ Support the Month End Closing through journal entries and analysis - supporting management and
operational business based on accounting and closing topics (e.g., Revenue, Inventories, Fixed Assets, AP/AR
topics, provisions and accruals)
▪ Run SAP Results Analysis and Settlement Process for Month End Closing
▪ Prepare various Account Reconciliations
▪ Experience and strong knowledge in developing management reports regarding inventories and
provisions
▪ Coordinate the EY Audit Requests
▪ Risk and Internal Controls Testing - error reporting and implementation and execution of mitigation plans
▪ Manage the financial statements of assigned area of responsibility (Balance Sheet)
▪ Provide continuous analysis and reporting of the development KPIs, incl. commenting on the relevant
deviations, identifying root causes, preparing and monitoring remediation plans
▪ Ensure efficient business administration processes (postings, invoicing, order processing, contract
management etc.) and compliance with relevant internal and external rules and regulations

1 year on Management Consulting:
▪ Annual budgeting and monthly deviation analysis
▪ Preparation of regular cash flow forecasts for strategic planning
▪ Supervise accounting department to prepare monthly financial statements
▪ Internal Control procedures design and implementation to increase the company’s efficiency
▪ Management of all stock operations and monthly valuation
▪ Management of all Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes

5 years of experience in Financial Audit: Metal manufacturing, Food and drinks industry, Hotels, Utilities, Services, Real Estate
▪ Review statutory and consolidated financial statements (SNC & IFRS) to ensure accuracy and
compliance in industrial and services companies
▪ Team leader and key contact of audit projects managing client relationships and teams with tight
deadlines
▪ Responsible for the development of the audit planning approach
▪ Test the client organization's internal controls, identify issues and make recommendations
▪ Perform regular critical reviews of the Balance Sheet and P&L according to IAS and IFRS
▪ Interact with client's personnel from various departments
▪ Assess significant estimates, judgements or assumptions made by management
▪ Advise the Operating Business on accounting issues and special transactions
▪ Analysis of companies’ business plan (3 or 5 years)
▪ Provide coaching and feedback to junior members of the team
▪ Prepare all audit client reports to be issued
▪ Analysis and execution of Transfer Pricing dossier
