Alzheimer’s disease:
• Extraction/purification of natural-based compounds/extracts;
• Synthesis of dendrimers by divergent methodology;
• Supramolecular chemistry;
• in vitro cell culture (primary cells and cell lines);
• Immunocytochemistry;
• Cells proliferation and viability assays (DNA and MTS);
• SDS-PAGE and Western-blot;
• ELISA assays.
• Circular Dichroism;
• Fluoresce spectrometer
• HPLC analysis
• Fluorescence and confocal microscopy;
• Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy;
