The number of people under my responsibility reaches the 650 collaborators. At the same time I was active part of the Iberia Management Team that has a share management of 4800 collaborators.
As reference in terms of results: nominate Tele2 project were transcom collaborated with the sales cycle, and management of 350 mil clients in 2 years. In this project, I emphasize my participation in the creation of all the processes, procedures and development of Tele2 in Portugal mainly in the conception of the dial up and ADSL product of Tele2.
