Senior Director of Group Finance Operations, focused on Cash-Flow management (debt, funding, treasury), being responsible for negotiations and relation with banks (national and international) and with main suppliers.

After the acquisition of ONI by NOWO (former Cabovisão), as CFO, accumulating both operational companies (ONI a B2B, and NOWO a B2C), responsible for several teams with a total of c.50 people

           - financial analysis of “client projects” (proposals to corporate clients) and “internal investments”; 
           - structuring of the project funding.

=> Deputy Director of “Business Control” (~3 years,  May 2002 -- February 2005), 
At the Group Holding level, in a context of an increasing regulation, internationalization and diversification, being responsible for:
      - centralized monitoring of financial / operational data of all the group companies;
      - support to the consolidated accounting closures;
      - preparation of the Consolidated  “Report & Accounts”: annual and semiannual;
      - preparation of the Consolidated Business Plan, and annual Consolidated Budget, 
 
=> “Strategic Planning & Investor Relations Office” (~3 years, March 1999 -- May 2002)
Initially as Staff Member (~1,5 years) and later as Coordinator (~1,5 years, from Oct 2000), being responsible for support to: 
   - group operation in Portugal, namely the reorganization process in result of the introduction of Regulation for electricity sector requiring clear separation of the activities (production, transport, distribution and commercialization) with new and demanding reporting to the regulator;
   - internationalization process to Brazil: analysis/monitoring of acquired companies (investments and results evolution);
   - diversification process for telecommunications, with the creation of the “OniTelecom Group”;
   - preparation of press releases and daily relations with investors and analysts;
   - support to the 4th privatization phase of EDP (year 2000)

Financial Auditor, incorporating audit teams in several industrial and commercial companies

Working as independent Advisor with entrepreneurs and investors in businesses to launch or acquisition operations.
