Major projects and roles where I’ve been working at:
-	Participant in a project within a Portuguese Telecommunications Operator, with the objective to develop a balanced score card (TMN);
The project was based on the definition of the most relevant performance indicators but also the development of a tool to support it. The tool will give a set of important information that will support the customer care director decisions. 
-	Participant in an international project with the objective to develop all the business component of a consortium proposal. 
The work was developed together with elements from the companies of the consortium and was based in Vienna D’Austria. The companies involved in the consortium were IBM, Q-Free and Brisa - Via Verde (with Accenture);
-	Participant in an international project with a very important Telecommunications Spanish Operator. (British Telecom, BT - Ignite).
The objective of the project was to understand and develop a highly and deep knowledge on the Portuguese Telecommunications Market. The project was developed in Lisbon but it involved weekly meetings in Madrid with the project senior manager and also the administrator on the client side;
-	Participant in a Process Redefinition Project with the objective to understand and manage all possible changes within the Customer Service processes, in a way to make it perform better (Optimus).
This project happened after the functional assessment has been made to the mobile operator. The major role was to implement and make processes run better, and I became responsible for the Pre-Litigation (Collections) processes;
-	Participant in a proposal, for the implementation of the Number Portability; 
-	Participant in promotional actions - Market Unit Telecommunications. I’ve been developing promotional proposals made for e-procurement business. The proposal was based on an ASP solution to the client;
-	Participant in a Process Redefinition for an emerging “Start Up” Company. (TradeCom - Portugal Telecom).
The objective was to understand all processes involved within its B2B core business. At the same time was our purpose to leverage all possible opportunities to develop a model for the future Customer Service, and again all its processes. The client used a B2B solution based on Commerce One platform;
-	Participant in an assessment for a mobile business client. This project objective was to understand the needs to develop the mobile operator Customer Service, and to understand how it was actually performing. This was an approach to understand how to come up with a reengineering management project (Optimus.pt);
-	Participant in promotional actions together with our Partner - Market Unit Telecommunications. I’ve been developing promotional proposals made for e-procurement business;
-	Participant in a project made for a telecommunications company. The project was based on WBT/CBT (Web Based Training/Computer Based Training), and consisted in the migration from its older version to the latest one, the Toolbook Instructor 7.1. (Optimus.pt);
-	Participant in promotional actions together with our manager - Market Unit Telecommunications (Optimus.pt).
I’ve been involved and assisting the promotional proposals made by the manager for our clients; 
-	Participant in the project “Formação e Novos Desenvolvimentos” (Optimus.pt).
Following new enhancements on the BSCS system was necessary to develop training oriented to the trainers. Training materials were developed for all the customer care;
-	Participant in the project TT (Trouble Ticket) (Optimus.pt).
This project was totally oriented for functional solution on billing issues. Procedures and tolls were developed to help our client to solve billing problems;
-	Participant in a project made for a telecommunications mobile operator, in a helpdesk project in the Customer Service area. Training and on-going support was delivered in order to maintain high performance levels to all the teams.  The work was mainly oriented and developed to reach high functional performance in what concerns the billing application (BSCS) and the customer care.  Optimization Procedures, training and monitoring was delivered to all the teams (Optimus.pt);
-	Participant in a project where I was involved in the development of training materials supporting SAP implementation program. Documents were developed in Html. (GDP - Gás de Portugal).
