Communication, marketing, strategy

I have been working in the Public Health Unit of the Health Sciences Institute of the Catholic University of Portugal since 2018. Until July 2019 I worked as a research assistant in the Let's End HepC project and provided support for other scientific works of the Unit. Since then I have been promoted to Scientific Secretariat Coordinator of the Unit and recently, since January 2021 I have the accumulated function of Junior Researcher.
My responsibilities include:
- Project Management (guaranteeing that all tasks are performed on time to meet milestones and deadlines; keeping close contact to intern and extern collaborators, partners and other entities).
- Production of Technical Reports, Scientific Articles, Minutes, Quality Manuals and others materials for the scientific work guidance.
- Data Collection and Analysis, Editing, Transcription, Translation, Bibliographic Referencing.
- Meeting arrangements and coordinating work with stakeholders.
- Other relevant tasks.

Qualification of Excellent with Summa Cum Laude. 
High proficiency in: Communication Strategy & Planning; Advanced Topics in Communication; Multimedia; Communication & Leadership; among others.

High proficiency in: Marketing & Advertising, Digital Communication, Public Relations, English (C2), among others.
