Velocity managed 8 companies dedicated to purchasing buildings and plots in several
locations in the city of Porto, with the intent to build residencies and hotels. Functions:
Manage correspondence and phone calls; Organizing bank documents and elaborating
financial reports (Central Bank); Organizing Investor’s documentation and coordinating
with company lawyers; Manage financial records and invoice payments of all 8
companies; Negotiating with suppliers and reviewing contracts; Translation of
documents and contracts; Organize company documents/accounting records, both
digitally (excel) and in paper; scheduling and organizing director’s and collaborator’s
agenda; Elaborating commercial brochures of the assets; Acting as company manager’s
PA.
