Technical drawing and construction details in BIM for large-scale private residential project in the Cayman Islands.

Residential housing projects - new construction and renovations. Preliminary drawings adapted to the building code in Flanders, Brussels and Wallonia, Belgium. Feasibility study of the project in cooperation with the government. Management of preliminary and final budgets as well as construction permits and technical details for the execution of the project. Meeting management with engineers, clients and contractors. Work/plant control and monitoring of the construction process for the Provisional Certificate of Acceptance.

Involved in a wide range of projects, from a 150000 sqm health care center in Bronx, NY, a 150sqm artist’s studio in Brooklyn, NY to a 300 sqm apartment combination and residential renovation in Manhattan, NY. Worked on construction details, surveys, municipal plans, site visits and meetings with clients.
