•Responsible for day to day tasks in organization activities.

•Prepare balance sheet, entering data into the system

•Records, supervise and ensure smooth running of organization 

•Manage examination activities in accordance with awarding body regulations. 

•Invigilate and supervise all examination procedure and candidates.

•Ensure no examination malpractice

•Supervise staff activities, manage planning, and events.

•Organize training and ensure staff maintain professional conduct

•Implements performance indicators and advises operational managers

•Responsible ensuring that all aspects of marine safety and operational standards.

•Conduct regular inspections of ships to ensure they meet safety guidelines.

•Developing and executing health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines · 

•Monitor, review and analyze the commercial reports about shipping/marine contracts.

•Cover port charges, anchorage, maintenance, and dry- docking

•Ensure availability of timely information for management decision-making.
