- Build and maintain relationship with Italian Partners in order to create growth and revenue for the resellers.
- Provide support for: programs and incentives, certifications and specializations, administration, training, etc 
- Point of contact between Partners and Organization. 
- Working with field increasing business, achieving pipeline and forecasting.

SMB Hunter supports Patner day to day business, interact with partners to drive closing of opportunities, since an order is placed on the system until all process is complete; ensure a clear communication with Partners to keep them up to date on new programs and promotions, consult the Partners on best fitting promotion to close opportunities and collaborate with AM to qualify all the opportunities

Virtual Partner Account Manager build and mantein a relationship with Partners and become a trusted advisor in order to create growth and revenue for the resellers. Provide support about for example: programs and incentives, certifications and specializations, administration, training and acts as a liaison between the the Partners and the Organization.

- Administration of HR operations, such as Personal Data, Hiring, Travel Expenses, Time Management, using SAP and Excel. 
- Provide employee and managers support.
