Our current timesheet data is in two online platforms and the automation workflow needs to run on a weekly basis and compare the 2 timesheets.
Key Tasks and Requirements.
- Create a data entry automation flow that will extract data from our current online platforms.
- The data has to be extracted for 2 pay periods from platforms - 1st to 15th and 16th to End of Month for every month.
- compare the 2 data sets by employee and date.
if there is a mismatch, it needs to be flagged.
- send email to the employee and reporting manager about the mismatch.
- send highlevel email to operations head about all mismatches so that he can followup with the managers.
- Schedule this automated process to run on a weekly basis every Thursday and Friday.
Ideal Skills and Experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Power Automate and its features.
- Solid experience with task automation, preferably in timesheet comparison.
- Proficiency in working with online platforms as data sources.
