Therefore, the software must be web-based to ensure accessibility from any system with an internet connection.
- CRM Functionalities.
This software will be a vital tool for our customer service and sales teams.
Therefore, it must have robust contact management capabilities to keep track of all interactions with clients.
Additionally, the lead management feature will help us to prioritize potential clients and improve our sales funnel.
The sales pipeline tracking feature will provide insights into the progress of ongoing sales activities, which is essential for our decision-making process.
Lastly, the debt collection feature will help us to streamline our payment collection process and reduce outstanding debts.
Ideal Skills and Experience.
- Proven track record in web development, especially in creating CRM systems - Strong understanding and experience in contact management, lead management, sales pipeline tracking, and debt collection functionalities - Ability to design a user-friendly interface that integrates all these functionalities seamlessly - Good communication skills to ensure a smooth collaboration and understanding of the project requirements.
