Poste et missions.
ENGIE Portugal Legal, Ethics and Data Privacy team is opening a junior legal counsel position with a special focus on supporting ENGIE with implementing Group´s ethics and compliance program in Portugal, including assisting the ethics officer on the following matters.
* Reviewing ethics policies; * Ethics trainings and reporting of completion rates for the mandatory trainings; * Human Rights Risk Mapping and updating the Vigilance Plan; * Audits and reports; * Presentation of ENGIE´s ethics policies to newcomers; * Assisting the ethics officer in the organization of the meetings/training/webinar/calls; * Ethics due diligences; * Keeping the Sharepoint organized and updated * Other legal, data privacy and ethical matters Requerimientos del candidato/a.
* Master of Laws and possibly Master in Business School or similar - focus on compliance and ethics a plus * General qualities.
Ability to work in a team, good communication skills, multicultural, autonomous, hardworking, trustworthy, respectful and kind to others (job requires daily interaction with different countries), proactive and responsible * Being familiar with online facilitation tools would also be an appreciated skill.
* Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential (written and oral)
