What you'll be doing at Webhelp As an Advisor for a Streaming Service Project, you will.
Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding their inquiries Provide account and application support to viewers namely concerning software functionality Provide technical support and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settings Provide accurate and real-time answers to viewers' inquiries Contribute to creating brand engagement for our Clients.

Have a high level of Spanish, Portuguese and English (oral and written) Are passionate about the entertainment and media industry Demonstrate excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit Are familiar with digital streaming services and devices Have a positive and can-do attitude If you feel you don't check off every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply either way.
